Scott Lester, a hospitality specialist and certified sommelier has a strong background directing restaurant operations and creating beverage programs.
His career path has taken him to multiple Michelin 3 starred restaurants and Relais and Châteaux properties including: The French Laundry in Yountville, CA; The Restaurant at Meadowood in St Helena, CA; and Eleven Madison Park in New York City, The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO and The Ritz Carlton in Aspen, CO
Originally from South Africa, Scott loves to travel and learn about new food, beverages and cultures. Scott recently moved to Los Angeles, from Ecuador and is excited to impart his passion for hospitality with others, while striving to exceed expectations through a sincere and thoughtful approach.
